she wanted nothing more but to love him. but it is so difficult to love someone who wouldn't allow himself to be loved. maybe she wanted to love him so bad because she couldn't bring himself to love herself. in fact, she hated herself. looking into the mirror brought nothing but feelings of pure disgust. but looking into his eyes... his eyes, she could see her soul for the first time. and it was beautiful. broken, but beautiful. so maybe that's why she wanted to love him so bad, so she could love herself too.
